Ingredients:
Lavash bread
IKEA veggie balls
Cream cheese
Avocado
Red onion
Fresh mint
Lemon
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Place the lavash on the work surface. Spread it with cream cheese. Cut avocado into fine strips and put on top of cream cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix chopped red onions, peppermint, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Put it on avocado and cream cheese.
Bake vegetarian balls in the oven or on a pan. Put them on a paper towel to dry. Cut them in half and put them on other ingredients. Roll the wrap tight and serve cut in half.
