This time, the team of "Manas mājas ar IKEA" will visit a family in Jelgava – the largest town in the region of Zemgale, famous for its beautiful castle and the ancient heritage as the former capital of Duchy of Courland. Here, the large Ozoliņš family is at home, and the daughters have decided to surprise their parents by transforming their living room before the couples' golden wedding anniversary. This has to be done without the main heroes' knowing anything before the arrival of Normunds and the designer. Will the surprise be welcome? Will there be enough space to fulfil the parents' dream of a large dining table for the whole family? Will the mother have place for her beloved puzzles and the father – a comfortable corner for cosy moments in front of the TV? Let's find out!
A healing workspace
Meet the family of four with parents Elīna and Kārlis, who occasionally work at home. Elīna is a psychologist, and she sees her clients in a private space in her own home, which is this weeks challenge. Be prepared to be swept off your feet seeing the IKEA interior designer Elīna transforming the small room of merely 9 square metres into a cosy psychologist's consulting room. The ambience truly matters in this personal profession and may even speed up the healing process – the room has to leave a calming feeling, help clients to open up and ease the process of personal transformation.

Helga and Andris have been married for 40 years and have lived the last 20 in their own cosy house in Jelgava. After giving all the best to their children and renovating their rooms it somehow never came to renovating their own bedroom.

IKEA Interior Designer Kristīne has more up her sleeve than a simple makeover of one room. She is planning to renovate the whole apartment!

What to do with a space that is hard to find the right use for? Madara and Ričards have a room just like that, and for the time being it's on the back burner, but... or we don't know how long the "on the back burner" can last!
