This is the case in the Eglītis family, where the grandmother, is welcomed to live in the family home of Gunta. Although the house is spacious, the family has not managed to furnish a separate room: there is a room, but it has served mostly as a storage room, and it has not been freed from clutter to create a cosy living space for the grandmother.
