"Home idea with IKEA": when light comes to the city
As days get shorter, all of us start longing for light. This time, in a unique adventure for all the involved IKEA will create a fairy-tale makeover for a whole apartment building! An example of togetherness, the neighbours of this Eižens Laubes's Art Nouveau masterpiece in Valdemāra Street in Riga present a united front when it comes to their house. When they heard about the project, it took no time to decide to take part. IKEA Interior Designer Ieva will make this house the brightest star in the city!
Family affairs: a makeover in a cafe
IKEA makeovers have taken place in all kinds of spaces. Living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, even summer houses and garages. So why not a cafe? Our brave contestants are this time a family who run a restaurant inherited from their father. Lovingly named "Kaprīze" (a whim), this place has been dear to the founder's heart right from the beginning. Now, it is ready for some makeovers.
